Cameo punch needle is so easy to use. You have 12 different needle lengths all in the one unit. Simply move the dial to change the needle length and the loop depth changes with it. Included with the punch needle are 2 threaders, a small needle, and an instruction booklet which is so easy to follow.

A no-slip hoop is highly recommended for punch needle work if you don't want to continually have to tighten your work. Conventional embroidery hoops tend to lose grip on the fabric after a period of time and can be very frustrating to work with. This will save your sanity!
