Order Information
- Browse through our site and choose the items you would like to buy. Alternatively, search for an item by name.
- Once you have selected the item/s you wish to purchase, simply click on 'Add to Cart'. This will take you to your Shopping Cart.
- Continue shopping or proceed to 'Checkout' to confirm your purchase.
- Follow the steps through the checkout page. New customers need to register by entering the details required. Return customers simply enter your email address and password.
- Follow the prompts to enter your billing and delivery details.
- Select your preferred payment method. Your order details will be summarised. Please confirm all details.
- Once your order and payment method have been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email and then your order will be processed. An email will be sent to your address confirming receipt of your order. If you have not received this information within 30 minutes of placing your order, please contact us.

full payment for the order has not been received by that raggedy one from the customer.
We dispatch items within 48 hours after order details have been verified and payment has been received. Should any delay be anticipated, you will be
notified by email.
Payment Options (please remember that all prices are in Australian dollars)
We accept several forms of payment. Select the payment method best suited to you, and please contact us if you have any questions regarding your payment.
Full payment is required before the order is delivered.
Online Credit Card Payments: We accept Bankcard, MasterCard, and Visa. (Note: we do not add any credit card surcharge) This is definitely the quickest way to
order and your products will be shipped to you in the fastest time frame. Your security and privacy are very important to us. All online orders are transacted via our fully encrypted SSL Secure Server.
No customer details, or credit card information are stored online or in an unsecured manner.
Please ensure that the name and address provided in the billing details match the information as they appear on your credit card statement. If not, your order cannot be processed.
If your credit card is declined during order processing, you will be notified via email and/or by telephone within 24 hours. Your order will NOT be sent unless the credit card number
or details you entered are authorised.
Phone/Fax Orders: You can call us direct and give us your payment information over the phone, or print our order form and fax it to us with your
payment information. Note that you will require the freely available Acrobat Reader, to be able to view this order form.
Direct Bank Deposit/Wire Transfer: You can make a direct payment to us via Direct Bank Deposit, or Wire Transfer. Simply select this option on our order form and account information will be forwarded to you.
Cheque or Money Order: We are happy to receive payment by Cheque or Money Order. Upon clearance of your payment your products will be shipped directly to you. Cheques written in currencies other than Australian
dollars will attract additional bank fees.
